Is badge whoring ruining your WC buzz?
I love the community here at WC with one exception. Badge whoring.
Surely I am not alone in hoping admin will come up with some restrictions to limit ability to post polls for new users, as the poll badge seems to bring a continuous onslaught of repetitive polls?

I don't get the whole badges thing.
It seems like something designed to appeal to six year olds.
I don't notice an issue with repetitive polls outside of big news or releases. Otherwise there are so many posts any redundancy, if an issue, seems dispersed in vast sea of new content daily.

If you go strictly to "polls" tab, click "latest," the repetitive nature becomes evident quickly.
New user signs up, 25 polls in their first day or two, once they figure out they can quickly get the polls badge. 🤢🤮🤬
How close are you to the poll badge, of I looked correctly it is one you have not earned yet.
