Received this D1-500 Titanium from England a couple weeks ago and I’m really enjoying it.
It’s built like a tank and wears well for a thick (14.4mm) watch because it’s so light. Super-legible with great lume and waterproof to 500 meters, and I rarely dive below 500 meters so it should be sufficient 😉. It’s actually a real-deal dive watch, although I don’t dive into anything except a nice pastry once in awhile.
Also, the strap is surprisingly good quality for a watch that only costs $270. That’s the kind of value brands like Seiko used to offer.
I see this almost as my new G-Shock - the watch I’ll wear in situations where it might be taking some knocks. Even at $500 I’d view this as a decent value.
Any other Scurfa owners on WatchCrunch??

Ive had my eyes on a CWC diver for a while, to complement my CWC G10. But then read somewhere about Scurfa; an article by a professional diver (which Im not😵💫😉). It seemed like a tough and totally non BS diver, and it really caught my attention.
Can you perhaps tell me a bit about your ownership so far?
I have a Scurfa Diver One in Titanium, the light blue - terrific watch and great communication through the buying process from Paul and Alison. I have had it for a couple of months now, aside from the design and clear quality and care in production, I like the idea of a microbrand producing a product that the owner / creator clearly has an interest and knowledge of. (Paul Scurfield is a professional saturation diver and also a watch enthusiast, there are a couple of interesting interviews dotted around the web).

Uber-geek article from Paul Scurfield on a lesser watch forum, (I'm a big fan of over-engineered solutions, hence my love of mechanical watches) https://www.watchuseek.com/threads/helium-escape-valves-and-my-findings.4846395/
And finally an interesting article on Hodinkee with another professional diver, I don't think it's mentioned in the text but you'll see in a few of the pictures he is wearing a Scurfa https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/a-commercial-diver-confronts-the-realities-of-the-professional-dive-watch
Just to be clear, I have no connection with Scurfa, just a very happy customer!
Hi there. Just got myself a Treasure Seeker Top Side Crew and loving it
Yes very much a fan of this brand. Not got one yet but definitely will be looking for one I think.
I’ve had my dark blue, Titanium Diver One for just over a month. It’s awesome. I agree with others comments; built like a tank but wears like a slipper. The bezel movement puts Omega to shame. Trying to source a nice sailcloth strap to elevate it even more. #scurfa #loveit
