What service or what would you do? Since I will be in Japan this week, Should I just give it back to Seiko?

My first watch from 1968. A 34mm hand wind Seiko. Serviced once about 30 years ago. It ran fast about 2 minutes a day after service. If I recall correctly, it ran about 5 minutes a day fast even when brand new. Now it's running about 1 hour a day fast. Is the watch worth anything that it should be serviced again? Or should I just give it to a watch maker to use it for spare parts ? Any ideas?

I was also born in 1968 and a day passes faster than it used to. The watch and I share a problem😁

I have no idea what kind of model that is, but you should check the model number and see if they are being sold on eBay or Chrono24 and for how much. And then decide if it is worth the repair cost.

On the back of the case, it says it is a 2118-0350-P. Looks like one sold for $45USD on eBay last year.
