Miyota 9054 is same as the 9075, the difference is higher magnetic resistance with the 9054 keeping in line with Series 8 model lineup lineup 9000 series movements.
Its $1800 for the steel variants and $1900 for limited gold plated variants.
Its only announced for Japanese market for now, release for other markets are still unknown.

$1800 for a Miyota 9075 is highway robbery. Microbrands, and even Citizen's own Bulova are offering watches around the $500 with this movement. Increased magnetic resistance isn't worth $1300.

Well, why be cheaper than Seiko? The SPB381 for example costs close to that. 😉 I'd almost be worried if they didn't try to overcharge.
