I were always fascinated by the little Machines to measure time as well as bringing together Art, Engineering, Horology and History. As an Engineer myself I proudly collect Watches to memorize milestones in my Life and pay tribute to the traditional craft itself.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Tissot Quarz Chronograph I got as a gift for my 18th birthday by my parents.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Sinn, Nomos, Hanhart and Oris
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I don't really have grail watches in the sense of "the last watch I want to buy".
I dedicated certain grail pieces to certain goals I want to achieve in my life. Once I get there, I treasure the watch as a collective to mark the success of this goal.
I. e. if I get to finish a PhD, I want to celebrate with the scientists watch a Rolex Milgaus.
If I marry my future wife, I capture this milestone in an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional.
