Where do you keep your second hand?

Where do you keep your second hands?? I have always found that if you keep it at 12, it almost looks like the watch is not running, and I also like it at 6 because it “looks more balanced”

If anyone pops up saying that they use it to mark the date, let me know.
I keep my mechanical Seiko 6138 running because I read it was better for the movement. I keep my Citizen quartz eco-drive chrono stopped at 12.
If it’s a vertical clutch column wheel, I keep it running. If not, I keep it at 12:00.
