I am looking into purchasing my first German watch and can't quite decide which to get. I have my eyes set on 2 dress watch models: Junghans Meister Handaufzug Terrassenbau and Nomos Orion 38 1989. Sure style is subjective, but I would appreciate some insight re: how build quality and value compares, as well as versatility (this one is subjective too I guess). In fact, any opinion is welcomed.

I just bought the Nomos Club Campus and was gravitating towards one of the Junghans Max Bill. My reason to end up with the Nomos is the fact that most Junghans have that uneven ‘interruption’ in the dial, at 6 o’clock, where they put the sentence Made in -number or sign- Germany… I don’t know, but it looks very unbalanced to me. Perhaps if it said, ”German -interruption- Made, with two words, it would be more even…
Yep, I know, I probably need to check for OCD :-)
