Seiko SARY147, underrated dial?

Initially, I bought this watch because I wanted a 38mm or smaller dress watch from Seiko. Most of the modern offerings were borderline 40mm or slightly bigger (looking at all of you Cocktail Times).

I didn’t give much attention to the dail but upon holding it in my hands, I have to say that it’s quite stunning for it’s price point.

This one has been in my collection for more tjan 2 years and I have a feeling it will continue to stay for more years to come.

It’s not underrated…it’s just classy. This is a watch that knows what it is and doesn’t care what other watches think about it.
