GMT master II Batman safety
For owners of this watch, do you feel safe wearing it out and about? be it locally or when you travel? how about in bigger cities where watch crime is an issue? would love some input. Thank you!

I wouldn’t stress it, wear with pleasure. Dont intentionally go into dangerous neighborhoods.
Have no issues wearing it. Be mindful of your surroundings and you should be fine. Honestly, no one has ever commented on it or noticed it, that includes NYC, Chicago, etc.
I have a San Martin that I feel extremely safe wearing. It might even prevent a mugging.

I think this may be the only case where wearing a fake/homage may be considered. Just like art galleries hanging copies and keeping the real stuff under tight security.

Yeah then best just not risk it at all. Wear something inconspicuous.
I wear mine whenever and wherever even on week long vacations. I’m wearing it right now in my factory job. It’s just a watch. Wear it.
