Take your time to know what you like and plan the acquisition. Nothing flies away. If it does, something better comes up.

Plenty. Focusing on some independents.... Tourby, Lundis Bleus, Sartory Billard.....
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I don't subscribe to this concept. An ideal watch should not exist. Something reasonably attainable and strikes my fancy gets my attention. The rest is background noise.
