Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
My grandad's watches were always in the booze cupboard and I could reach the key.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
First I bought was a Sekonda, with brown leather strap from Argos after school.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
I have a few special project, limited edition, military watches from a few different brands and one that was issued at the beginning of my 23 year career in the British Army.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Buy what you like and not care about others opinions.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Tudor, Bremont, Grand Seiko and Panerai.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Rolex GMT 'Sprite' I've always wanted a GMT and submitted a similar design to Tudor for a special project back in 2019. I love LHD watches and green has a special connection with me.
