From that shot it could be just about any watch with a white(ish) dial from Timex to Patek.
That is impossible to tell but seem to recall some connection with Wimbledon and perhaps Longines for younger winners a few years ago. On second thought I can’t remember what today’s date is so I am going to say it was some deeply personal watch that gave him luck and lots of wins.
