Anybody know this Brand?

I used to have a JLC Tribute to Polaris and sold it a few years back.  Always wanted to have another super compressor in my collection.   This week I found a vintage super compressor but I had never heard of the brand before.   It was cheap and in perfect working order so I didn’t hesitate to buy it. Can anyone give me some insight as to the brand’s history or heritage?
