Mmm... free? Don't know... I use the Watch Tuner Lite app ($1.99) for accuracy measurements and it's good (and it matches my watch guy's Weishi and my daily tracking fairly well - but I think you need to pay $6.99 for the regular version to get the beat error, etc.).
