Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I've loved watches all my life but I didn't start actually collecting until just a couple years ago. Hell I never even owned a watch before because I always had more important things I HAD to spend my money on. Tbh I just got a tax return a while back saw one I wanted and I bought it. After getting it and putting it on for the 1st time.... I was hooked.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
It was an Invicta. A diver. I knew little of brands and quality back then. I went purely on looks.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
But what you love and wear what you like. Don't get to hung up on the hype of types or brands of watches or what people think. wear what makes you happy and speaks to you and if someone doesn't like it, guess what... they don't have to wear it.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
San Martin and Seestern. Amazing quality and specs for insanely little money
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
A. Lange & Söhne zeitwerk. why? JUST LOOK AT IT FOR PETES SAKE! I'm 50. Not in great health and so I know I'll never even probably see one in person much less own one of the 100 thousand dollar masterpieces before it's time for me to depart this mortal plain. But... that's what it is.
