How long do you wait to save on a new watch?

Waiting about a year, I picked up this Seiko SRPG39 for $100! Of course it’s easier if you’re not actually “waiting,” but rather lurking for deals months after release date! And in this case I purchased second hand, but the watch was new condition, as the buyer just didn’t connect with it. But these ARE selling brand new now for under $200, a good amount below the $275 tag. So, how long are you willing to wait to save a little money?

I don't do that anymore because I have way too many watches lol. I just buy one purchase a year now. I limit myself to 1500.00

Cheers!

Great restraint! But with your plan, I’ll bet you’re doing a little of this by nature, right? Your “shopping” period is longer than normal at one Watch a year, so I imagine you’re instinctively hunting for a great deal at the same time…?

I hunt when I have the license to kill from the wife lol. Can't hunt early and pull the trigger lol. One license per year lol

I like the "distressed" faux used look of the case. It's a finish that you will have no fear of scratches.

Absolutely! Yet, it doesn't look "scratched." It's been a great watch...I really enjoy it.
