For simpler times, make it Rotary time
Once upon a time when life was simple, uncomplicated, no responsibilities. I didn't know a quartz 3 hander vs mechanical. I saw HSamuels as purveyors of high horology (it's UK's"mall" shop, for those local will know this is not a plug). I used to gawp at their magnificent watches in the window, lusting over this particular model for nearly a year. For me, "Rotary", that is the sound of a real watch maker. I remember, the day it went on sale, and made the purchase. Still my best watch purchase, on the wrist it teleports me back to those simpler times. BTW, would love to know the exact watch model they were "paying respect" to, it looks omega-ish.
Love shiny, colourful and vintage watches. Also retrowave and steampunk aesthetics.
I was going to buy their Cambridge and when I finally went to go do it this month they no longer are selling it.
