New TISSOT/Big Wrist Lament

Love the look of my new Quickster Chronograph— but having wrist size and lug issues. The leather strap just barely fits— as does this 18mm NATO. A 22mm NATO would be better- overall length- but its lug width is 19mm, and the space between lug and case is ridiculously small. My wrist is nearly 7.5in…any recommendations for strap ideas, sources? Thanks all.

Looks like you need a wrist reduction tool and some Neosporin:
