Can anyone tell if this watch is real/what make it is and from approximately what year? It has come into my possession through family and I’m just curious as to its origin.

It still runs, though not with any real accuracy to speak of…

Its a Hamilton Lester. Should be from the 1940’s but not 100% exact.
