Absolutely agree, CWC are the real deal when it comes to field watches/tool watches. Similar opinions on quartz but I can appreciate the pure functional focus of why issued watch manufacturers go with it

for sure, the dial is gorgeous - hard to picture but when you catch it in the light its genuinely beautiful, often the tc dials are half mixed with the traditional roman dial, don't often come across fill tc dial, very lucky find

its definitely a watch you have to try at least once - the size, especially any of the older models, can be off-putting at first glance, but then you wear it & realise that is part of the charm/reason it works so well. definitely a keeper in the collection now
