Retro Sci-fi
Well after my first successful and satisfying foray into the world of Skmei watches I thought it would be worth looking at their catalogue of watches.
After a look at the usual fare of Casio look-alikes and smart watches I decided that I already had the best one for me...
And then I saw it! A watch firmly styled like a throwback to 60's sci-fi. I couldn't resist the quirky nature and at £15 on AliExpress it wasn't going to break the bank.
Stainless steel bracelet and case (I think they are telling porkies). Surprisingly comfortable to wear. The biggest suprise? I really like it. Fun, quirky, comfortable and inexpensive.
Scottish, in my 50's and I prefer 20th century styling & design for my watches. Have no preference over movement type, Quartz or mechanical they both have pro's & cons. For me, a watch is for telling...

Yeah that had me a bit puzzled to start with. Got the hang of it after a few minutes. It's still more legible than some traditional watches I could mention 🤣

This is a rather intuitive, as this sort of thing goes, arrangement. I'm pretty sure there are utterly baffling ones around. Tokyo Flash tends to delight in that.
