Longines Ladies Sport Wing Blue

Picked up this gorgeous Longines watch today, it is a blue sport wing lady. This had to be in my collection once I inspected it closer. As I have very small wrists finding a watch that fits perfect is not an easy task. This watch however the band has small links so sizing exactly to fit was easy. Simple deep navy blue dial and the Longine hands make this a classic fit to my collection. I can truly see the appeal to Longines watches, they are so well made and well thought out. This is the first Longines but it won't be my last.

What are some things you all think I should know about Longines watches? Ref: L3.112.4

I really dig the counter balance on the seconds hand with this one.

If I'm not mistaken, the Longines logo is one of the oldest, (mostly unchanged) logos of the watch world. An interesting little fact I picked up not long ago.

Yes that second hand is eye-catching, I wouldn't doubt that fact for a minute with how much detail is in such a small piece. I just learned they have an extensive archive of every watch and I may be able to get paperwork for her.🤩
