That's awesome! My girl has been pretty happy with it, she was checking it all night. Got excited to put her watch next to mine at the end of the day!
Great moments in time.
Super glad to hear they have great customer relations. Personally Im not a brass/gold watch guy, even though I think they look gorgeous in that metal.
I'm kind of kicking myself because a week ago I pulled the trigger on a Bulova A-15 Pilot, which I don't "regret" but had I seen the Vario trench I probably would have bought the Vario first. Something about that Vario trench pilot is burning for my wrist, lol.
My only thought from looking at their trench/pilot line is that I wish the pilot models came with the vintage cream dial and off yellow numerals, basically the trench dial on with the pilot rotation.
Thank you for your response and info on the watch, I'm glad you enjoyed it, and hopefully in a few months I'll be able to do the same...
Well I am looking for a replacement strap for starters, lol. This model also seems to designated with a different model number that is different from the models after. Mine being a C650, while almost all the ED Skyhawks I see now are a JY designated. The JY models seem to be more "documented" from what I can see.
It's been a joy too wear it so far. Its been a couple years since Ive bought a watch and when I saw this it re-ignited my itch for timepieces and could stop think about it. I'm also a guy who like things with history or a story behind it, and this fit perfect.
