Finally did it! my first “mod”

some before and after pictures of the srpe51k1. i swapped out the chipped and scratched mineral crystal to a clear AR double domed sapphire crystal , elastic nato strap swap and a light polish on the bezel! turned out great for a first mod ( although i had a slight mishap resulting in a damaged chapter ring 😅) couldn’t be much happier with the result.

thanks! just find a nice cheap seiko that you dont really care about and a nice sapphire crystal and start boom!

You’ll get there, I have to say hand setting is the most intricate/awkward thing to do the rest is easy!
