37 mm on a 7.75" wrist. Feels good to me. But I also wear most all my watches on NATO's. So that does add some size in total thickness. On leather though it feels smaller, but not super tiny or anything like that. It's nice having a smaller daily in my field, not bouncing it off everything hardly at all 🤣
Nothing wrong with that at all! We all have preferences when it comes to watches. I'm a big fan of leather straps and bracelets myself. But they don't tend to do as well in my field. But they're just extra weight added on to the watch and I don't have any titanium watches. So it's like carrying around a weight every time I do anything. I like NATO's because they're lightweight and breathable. But they definitely do add a couple Mil of height to the overall height of the watch. It can make some of them fit kind of funny.
Have fun exploring new options :-)
NATO straps can be quite an adjustment if you're not used to them. You can also talk the extra Tang back in the loops. They are a really good option for straps especially if you work in any type of construction field at all or anything that's kind of rough on things. Then at least if you have a spring bar failure, you don't lose the watch. They're also great because it allows you a lot of options for customization and strap changes which is a lot of fun. They do have some thickness though because of the second strap that goes underneath the watch. You could always try a Zulu strap as well.
