I own both the 45mm and the 43mm with a 7.5 inch wrist both has a good presence on my
wrist. I found the 43mm wear nicer in my wrist. Just know that the 45mm is a big watch. They are both nice watches. I love the 43mm white dial a bit more. Hope that’s help you in some way.
