The Philippines was under Spanish rule for over 350 years! We've adopted so many Spanish words into our major languages, and various dialects, that most go unnoticed as they are part of our daily conversation.

I knew about the history of course, but it's pretty funny that such a weird word like Tocayo (Tukayo) has been added to your daily use vocabulary, interesting 😉

Hehe, yup, interesting indeed, as I too was pleasantly surprised when you used the term. 😉
Thanks Tocayo*! The pictures were taken at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. They had a Ferrari 250 GTO too, among other beautiful cars.
*Maybe you knew it already, but in Spain Tocayo is the person who shares his first name with you (Tocaya for women) 😉
I was at the automobile museum in Torino in December and they had a Stratos and forgot to take a picture. I did get good photos of a Delta Integrale and a few Ferraris. Have a great weekend tocayo!

It's a recurring trip for me. We have a supplier that I visit often.
Love the pairing. I saw the Lancia a several years ago in an art museum show.
