Tired Tissot

Seeing as another member brought up the point of where to draw the line on a restoration, I figured I’d chuck this one here.

It‘s by no means expensive or valuable, so in this case I would put the effort into getting it as nice as I can with the aim of aesthetics rather than originality. That being said, the hands on this one is bent and scratched. I could replace them with new hands that look close enough, but to me the challenge here would be to save the old hands. Stupid, I know, but as I said in another thread, each project should be viewed on its own merits. There’s no hard and fast rules.
