My BB58 blue for some reason. 😉

First I thought you should keep the BB58 as it was your first luxury swiss watch and it is an amazing piece (I should know I own one :)). I need to mention that I am not a fan of the explorer, but I understand that my preference is not the same as yours. As you wanted an explorer forever, you feel it is perfect for you, tried it on before and you could get a brand new one for retail, I think you should go for it. 😊

Congrats. Is this a 36 mm?

Fair point. although I would still think this is technically “if there is a good opportunity”

I have an OP39 and it is my most worn watch. Depending on my budget I can imagine this could be a perfect one watch collection, but I can afford to own more hence I do. Hence I think thia is a question of personal preference. As I really like my OP39 I find it hard to imagine I would swap this for 16 other watches in the same value. But that is just me. 😉

You certainly can. Noone is stopping you. 😊 but Hamid asked for an opinion hence I have shared mine. Have a nice one.

Fair point, but if you can afford an apple watch and that is your only watch the least you can do is swap out the rubber strap. Otherwise following your logic you can wear pink sandals to work with a suit and tie.
