I’ve always been interested in watches. However, over the last 2-3 years, I’ve been getting more into the technical specs and realizing what makes a good watch. With that has come a much deeper appreciation of watches themselves.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
A Fossil Blue
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
1. Try different types of watches and see what fits your style
2. Don’t buy too many at once
3. Try it on before you buy (if possible)
4. Don’t buy fake watches! There’s plenty of great brands out there. Homages and clones are fine as long as they’re not trying to say it’s the original watch on the dial.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Casio, Tag Heuer, San Martin
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Rolex Submariner 16610- THE icon of sports watches
