how do you replace a spring bar on a watch link bracelet? It pushes in on both sides of the link not the strap.

Ot sure what u mean but are u saying the only way to take it out is to push on both sides of the spring bar?

That's what I'm not sure about? I tried pushing it through and that didn't work, that's when I noticed both sides push/spring in. So I don't know what to try?
