Push pin removal

I am attempting to remove the bracelet from this Phoibos, but I am failing miserably. It is only a push pin system, so you would think it would be a fairly simple task. I can get it to move maybe a couple of mm away from the case, but not far enough to remove the pins. What am I missing? #frustration

Some only move one way, make sure you’re doing it the correct way

Isn't it normal to push the links towards you, which is the shortest distance?

You may need a spring pin tweezer. It handles both ends at once and allows the bracelet to be pulled straight away.

Thank you! I will look into buying one!

This is a con for solid end links IMO. The tolerances are so tight it makes swapping out or putting the bracelet back on a chore. The tweezers things help, but aren't a magical solution.

So it's probably best to either leave it on the bracelet or take it to a professional?

There should be arrows indicating the direction to push.

removing the links themselves size the bracelet was simple enogh, just a matter of unscrewing them. It's the solid end links that are giving me a headache.

It's what I do after struggling for 30 minutes for what should be a 1 minute job.

My reading comprehension was on vacation when I replied.

I have problems also with removing a solid end link bracelet, I think it's worse than pins and collars in the links. I always have "my guy" take care of all agita producing jobs.

Looks like my spelling comprehension took a break also! It sucks to admit defeat, but I think this one is staying on the bracelet for the time being.
