Right on!!..it's hard tell but the numerals are done in copper and so are the hands..except the seconds hand...it's amazing how it still has some of its original red. I like to wear it while driving around because of the grand prix aspect lol
It's funny how some brands..i.e longines makes speckled dials just like this on their heritage models to mimic this patina and I must say I can tell the difference between forced patina and natural patina..the only one I think it looks good on is the marine Nationale they came out with. This dial still beats that one though
Never taken the back off but was inspired to do so. Pretty nice looking movement and it's accurate..never knew it has 3 adjustments on it either. Learned something new today lol
