I like the ‘airiness’ of ultra thin watches. You don’t feel the watch at all. This one is a Seiko Lassale from 1981 and is 3.6mm thick (quartz).
Nowadays there are mechanical watches thinner than this one. Any crunchers own a sub 5mm mechanical watch? Pictures?
Can a watch be too thin to wear?
-> I don’t think so. A watch can be too big, maybe even too small but never too thin.

Too thin? Absolutely not.
Delicateness is the fear. Only a fool would otherwise not want thinness.
Nope.
Yep too thin.
