What an interesting way to frame the discussion. I believe you get to the heart of a lot of things by exploring it this way.
If someone is wearing a Russian watch, it doesn’t mean they support Russia. It might, but it doesn’t. But why does someone care whether they do or don’t? Why try to categorize someone on such a topic?
If a manufacturer misled me on something and has since fixed it. Maybe they lost me as a customer. Maybe they come up with a product I like and I buy it anyway. Why handcuff myself with “I would never buy from them again.”
I believe these always and never kinds of stands limit the person imposing them on themselves.
I forgive easily. It was tougher to learn to forgive myself. Took me 48 years for that one.
