Replace my work Timex for another Citizen BEAST?
I’ve been getting the itch to replace my Solar Timex Expedition for another Citizen Diver.
I alternate my two work watches and strictly use them for work only! My other watch is my citizen promaster solar(BN0150-10E)
I appreciate my Timex Solar , it’s easy to read , sapphire crystal, and 100m screw down crown.
It doesn’t have that tough work look that can take a beating. Which is why this citizen caught my eye …..
The Citizen bn0227-09l, a Beast of a watch. Odd looking , titanium, DLC coating , but it has a mineral crystal:(
This watch looks so unique and can definitely take a beating if I bang it on things etc ….
Need your help to decide, should I keep the Timex or replace it with the titanium Citizen?

Hmm… Timex has a steel case, sapphire crystal, date, easy to read field watch, crown protector…. I would keep the Timex and use the heck out of it! I mean, if it takes such a beating while on your wrist to destroy it, then your arm will probably be damaged too!! So it’s probably durable enough for most instances.
