For me, it was my Grandad. I always remember he would check the clock on the mantle piece, check his watch and wind the watch and set the time.
So when I was able to, I looked at Seiko for there automatic watches, almost as a reminder of my Grandad.
Then, my next Seiko which I recently acquired was the Seiko Arnie, because I'm an 80's child, I love the nostalgia and Arnie movies!
