Any watchmaker has them and jewelry stores probably. amazon has heavy duty ones with tiny rings at the ends for removal tools to catch. cheap as dirt.
guessing it looks like a 2 or 2.5mm but you could get yourself a cheap plastic veneer caliper on amazon, take a measurement. I get my dress watch spring bars on ebay but Uncle Seiko sells these thicc ones as well. They're cheap 👍
