This Seiko 5 SRPD55K1 was my first mechanical watch, a true gateway drug. Got it right as it was released in 2019. Then got deeper and deeper into the hobby during the pandemic!

The 5kx was my first watch, it was better built than I anticipate. My 5kx also has perfect bezel alignment. The bracelet isn’t much to write about, but it’s a ton of fun on a Nato. It definitely does have great lume though.
