Yep still like it more, the blue is easier to read the time and the glass seems stronger and I don't need to worry about water as it's got the screw in crown.
You are spot on the lume is still visible but barely, I've taken a photo of my other 2 luminox (my profile photo) with this watch so you can see the difference, there's a guy on the luminox face book fan page that will replace the tubes and bezel for a fee
It was the 38, but I'm used to a chunky luminox or traser on a NATO strap, the Ham just felt small, thin and lost like my new Seiko 5 SNK805K2 that I've never worn in 12 years 😭😂🤣😂 might try the 42 if I spot one in any stores.
MWC, Luminox and Nite all use Ronda movements, I've had Treser and Luminox for years and they never missed a beat, I've checked them out and MWC seem a bit more chunky in design but similar to Lmiox and Trser. The newer luminox 3003EVO has a screw down crown and back case for much better water resistants.
Ive got my old full metal day date Timex T46681 it's got 916 OW on the case, what version/ year would make this?
