Confusion in GMT watch
How to see time in minutes as well, my GMT is +5:30 and UK time is +1 GMT so the minute hand of my local time and UK time never alligns and so confusing.

The 30 minute time zones are never accounted for minutes wise. Maybe with digital watches, but not mechanical. It’s one of those anomalies in mechanical time keeping.

It's a function of the gearing. Watches are built for standard time zones that differ by 1 hour increments. Half hours can only be accounted for by bezels, not hands, and even then you'd have to have a bezel with appropriate graduations (like a 48 click bi-directional bezel).
