Several weeks ago I visited my cousin in the Washington D.C. area. Her husband “ not a watch guy” were tossing down some Cuba Libres and the topic of watches came up. He mentioned he owned 2 watches. His daily wearer… G Shock and a watch he inherited from his father. To my surprise, he pulled this rabbit out of the hat…. Cool watch to see in the flesh.

Does make you wonder how many drawers in how many homes are cluttered up with Dad's or Grandad's 'old watch'. Did he have any idea what he had?
He had no idea. He was wondering what the red hand was for. This special time machine was tucked away in the nightstand drawer. He was told the watch was bought in 1971. I took some time on the internet to gather as much info to leave with him. I think I might have even suggested looking into buying a “Pepsi” bezel…lol.
