It is time for me to part ways with my Speedmaster Day Date. My eyes are aging quickly and I’m having a hard time reading the dial in suboptimal conditions.

An in person meeting in a secure location would be ideal.

I am currently traveling in the North Eastern United States but will be returning to Northern California in a few weeks.

The Speedy in question is in good working order and features: a clean 39 mm case, Day/Month/Date & chrono complication, sunburst blue dial, an automatic Omega calibre 1151 (non module crono based on the ETA 7751), 44 hour power reserve, 50 meters WR, 45mm lug to lug.

The tapered 18mm bracelet is sized to fit a 7.5 inch wrist loosely.

Included is a doughnut case, a few extra pin/sleeves, an extra half link that is useable but scratched and an EBay authenticity card dated 2022.

Approximate value is $2250usd

I am looking to trade for an easy to read, durable, mechanical watch with at least 100m WR and a case size of 40-43mm. Cash either way to make the right deal. Scratches are ok as long as it is readable and mechanically sound.

My wish list includes: a titanium Bond era Seamaster, Pelagos of any variety, Aqua Terra with 6 o’clock date, Seamaster 300 with 6 o’clock date, 40mm Explorer, 42mm Explorer 2. You get the idea.
