It had a Service Last year. It runs good...My lovely Mother has the same age and runs perfekt. She is still playing table tennis.

That is a Ref. 6564. If the crown bares the patent cross sign + it is an early example circa 1955-1956. That particular reference was launched in that year. If the crown has a underscore symbol _ then it is circa 1957-1959.
I would think it has a 1030 movement that is period correct to that watch. That particular marker configuration was only done in solid gold cases at least to my knowledge, I could be wrong.
