F91-W in orange arrived today from Amazon. First one I’ve had since I was a kid.

Daily any of them and my choice would be any of them (just not a red dialled JLC)

So after my email last night I got an email back to say I’m on the list for 3 Rolex’!

Phone call back immediately from Goldsmiths Datejust blue, a discontinued Air King and OP Black and apparantly I have 2 accounts with them.

I have never expressed an interest in a Datejust as I don’t like them, my choice of AK would be 1970/80’s as like the smaller size and I was asked to previously narrow down my choice on a Black and a Blue and plumped for Blue.

I‘m not sure I trust them to sell me a Seiko currentl. 

I’ve actually just emailed them to check I’m still on the “list” as I first registered an interest in Dec 21 but when I chased in July 22 I wasn’t registered.

feel bruised by the experience and I‘d never buy anything I don’t want from them to improve my standing as I’ve read others have done.

I have been on the waitlist for a OP 36mm blue dial since August for the second time as I fell off somehow or they never put me on the list!

This is Goldsmiths and I have some “history“ with them as I’ve previously bought Speedmaster and BlackBay 58 from them. 
 

Tempted by a LHD if I can justif/do man maths to buy another diver.
