I mean you could still tell that it's blue but it's a very desaturated but that's why it leans towards gray. Very beautiful dial!
I'm actually waiting for my order of the same strap but with a red stripe instead of white to add more red accents to the whole look. It doesn't show but the Seiko "S" on the crown is also red :D
Oh this is based off a rolex explorer that's why I chose the specific handset along with the dial :)
I just can't get over the Islander logo really. I know that Marc's watches are great value for money but so are Steinharts, San Martins, etc so now I kinda lump his watches with Chinese homage watches along with the logo. I really wish the Islander logo wasn't there and the Urban Gentry Logo was at the top with the islander text instead. The crown could keep the Islander logo. Also I'm sure they could have done better with the case back design. The logos are overwhelmingly big and were just slapped on there. Give the case back room to breath.
