For me, it's alway a period. At the moment, I'm totally after Fortis, the Flieger in particular.
I'm just waiting for the service which takes since last December. Last time working with this wachtmaker.
Q: Why does someone collect watches?
A: Why does someone collect something in general. I don't know I simply have fun with them and they interest me.🤷
I'm a sports diver and we usually (at least the others I know) don't wear our dive watches, while actually diving. We got our diving computers which shows us stuff like the depth and time but also decompression time. So we normally wear the dive watches while we're on land or when we're doing "softer" water activities like snorkeling. And that's why many divers choose the classic watch design.
Well for me personally I would say orange but currently everything that goes slightly into Tiffany turquoise is quite popular so maybe this would be the better choice.
At the moment there are several watches on my short time wishlist.
- Tissot PRX Powermatic 80
- Seiko Turtle
- Seiko flightmaster
- Watches with a history behind it like the Hamilton cal. 500/505 or the Bulova Accutron
