Sometimes the old ways are the best ways

I usually don't care about the accuracy of my mechanical watches- I have my radio controlled Casio Oceanus for accuracy on my wrist and my smartphone for everything else. However, I got the urge recently after seeing people's results with a timegrapher app and I was pleasantly surprised to find my oldest watch is my most accurate! A 63 year old no-date low-beat movement proving itself in 2024!

There is an interesting regular wavlength to that trace, 5-6 seconds in length . If I knew more about movements that would probably tell me something! Nice watch and performance though!

You can't argue with zero seconds a day! My 1967 Rolex OP fully serviced runs around 10 seconds.
