For me... I like that it's not a gadget or technology that I'm wearing on my wrist. If I have to set the watch after not wearing it for a while, this is the time I spend "playing" with it. If I'd only wanted an accurate watch that I won't even admire once in a while I'd just use my apple watch... Which I still wear once in a while.
To me it is... Since I don't see the watch as a globe 🌐 and I don't work normal hours like most people... So one round is a day for me... In any case I rarely have the bezel set to 12 or 24 on top or bottom....
1 and 3 are good subjective points...
2 works either way as long as both times are set to Local reference.
For my use it doesn't matter cus I never have the bezel at a single position.... I always set it to different time zones and the mostly tracked one is with the 24 marker at 3 o'clock.
Also having several gmt watches, mix between fixed and rotating bezel, once you learn the 24 hour markers it's easy to tell the time just by glancing at the watch.
ie: 5=10 8=16....double the 12 hour marker to get the 24H time.
