My first Tissot, this Gent XL, purchased a few years ago. I just thought of something when posting this. The tip of the second hand is the same color as the dial, which seems like an odd design choice, since a painted tip is supposed to grab attention and this one just disappears. I think I'll paint it red. UPDATE: I did paint it red, see pic below.

Ah, I like this much better. This dial was begging for some color. Very subtle though, due to the thinness of the second hand.

The original color seemed to match the dial (WRUW pic). You couldn't even see it. Everything just looked boring and washed out now there's a little bit of color. That's probably why I like the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto (and therefore my new Baltany) so much.
